Report a missed collection

Bin collections

The crews carry out their rounds every weekday from 5.30am to 6pm.


Your bins must be at the edge of your property by 6am on your collection day. If you live in Stafford Road, Caterham, they should be presented by 5.30am.


If there were no delays, please report your missed collection within two working days of your scheduled collection date.


Bulky waste collections

The crews carry out their rounds every weekday from 7am to 6pm.


Your bulky waste items must be at the front of your property by 7am on your collection day unless alternative arrangements have been agreed. Please check your booking confirmation e-mail for the details.
