Requesting containers for your recycling and rubbish

Please complete this form if: 

  • You’ve recently moved to a property and the previous owner did not leave the rubbish and/or recycling bins. 
  • If you are a housing developer or managing agent, please contact customer services and do not order bins or caddies from this web page.
  • Your rubbish and/or recycling bin has been lost, stolen or broken. You can order a replacement and it will be delivered within 30 working days. There is a charge for replacing the rubbish bin, but the recycling bins are delivered free of charge. The cost of the bins includes VAT. 
  • You wish to order an additional recycling bin and/or food waste caddy and/or recycling sacks. This will be delivered for free and within 30 working days. 
  • You wish to exchange your council rubbish bin for a smaller or larger one. You will be charged for the new bin, but we won't ask for the payment until we are ready to exchange it.
